Send Us A Case

Sending us a case is easy! You can request NG branded boxes via the contact section, or by calling (888)942-8332.

Step 1: Print the corresponding lab rx. (Removable for dentures, partials, ect.)
Step 2: Fill out rx completely and include a copy with your case.
Step 3: Call (888)942-8332 extension 2 to request a pickup.
If a pickup is requested after 1pm, the case will be picked up the following morning.
